| 摘 要： | 介绍了ZJ30DBT型钻机的总体结构和特点,通现场使用表明该钻机存在不足。3 000m半拖挂电驱动钻机的发展方向是K型伸缩井架与绞车一同运输。对井架和底座进行优化设计,使其更适合车载,并充分借鉴车载、块装钻机的成熟技术,注重HSE和人性化设计,将顶驱技术、机械化和智能化操作系统应用于3 000m半拖挂钻机,以增强钻机的市场竞争力。
