差速器锥齿轮参数化建模及模态分析

摘    要:运用CATIAV5知识工程模块,结合齿轮齿廓渐开线方程,针对圆锥和内花键的齿形实体特点,建立了汽车差速器行星齿轮和半轴齿轮的参数化模型。运用ANSYS软件对行星齿轮建立有限元模型并进行模态分析,计算出了其低阶固有振动频率和模态振型。提高开发效率,为圆锥齿轮设计和差速器振动分析提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:Using CATIA V5 knowledge engineering module, combined with involute gear tooth profile equation, aiming at features of the entity of bevel gear and internal spline tooth shape, The parameterized modeling of planetary gear and half axle gear of ear differential was built. Using ANSYS software to establish finite element model of planetary gear and make a modal analysis of it, which calculated its low order natural frequency and vibration modal shape. Develop efficiency will be improred, and a certain reference was provided for conical gear design and differential vibration analysis.
