螺杆泵转子磨损机理研究及解决方案

摘    要:对螺杆泵定、转子的运动规律和橡胶衬套的溶胀、热膨胀现象进行了分析。研究表明,螺杆泵转子与定子在衬套直线段中点接触时的相对滑动速度最大;定子橡胶衬套型线在直线段为内凸状,且在直线段中点内凸最大,刚性转子在该点挤压橡胶衬套的接触应力最大;由于滑动速度和接触应力最大,且都是在橡胶衬套直线段中点接触,因此在转子上会形成一条螺旋形的磨损线,导致转子表面的镀层脱落。提出了4种减小螺杆泵转子磨损的方法。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of the stator and the rotor motion and rubber liner swelling for progressing cavity pump(PCP),it reached a conclusion that the relative sliding speed was the greatest when the stator and rotor contacted in the midpoint of bushings straight segment;because the work process of PCP can produce certain swelling and heat,its line isn't an ideal and regular,which is inside convex within a line segment,and value reaches largest at the midpoint,contact stress of rigid rotor extruding rubber...
