固定式海洋平台立柱腐蚀超声检测系统

摘    要:海洋平台在海浪、海风、海流及潮汐等恶劣环境的共同作用下,平台立柱部位最容易出现腐蚀,影响平台的安全性能。为了检测平台腐蚀情况,设计了一套超声波检测系统,给出了系统的结构组成、电路组成、电路模块组成。介绍了系统底层软件总流程,并进行了室内模拟检测。结果表明,检测系统可以完成数据的采集和压缩,采用的计零压缩算法对超声信号具有较高的压缩效率。
