车辆油气悬架性能研究及现状分析

摘    要:阐述了油气悬架的结构及其工作原理,研究了油气悬架的刚度特性、阻尼特性、高度可调性、减震性、单位储能比。慨述了油气悬架技术的国内外研究现状,并对国内外技术状况做了对比分析,指出了目前国内油气悬架技术研究和产品开发中亟待解决的问题及解决方法。

Abstract:In this article, the structure and working principle of pneumatic suspension were described. The pneumatic suspension stiff- ness, damping characteristics, height adjustable, damping properties, energy storage units were analyzed. Overviewing of the pneumatic suspension technology research status, and then the domestic and foreign development of the pneumatic suspension technology were brieifly comparative analized, pointing out the urgent problems that is in the current suspension of domestic researchs and product developments to be solved and the trends of the development of the Hydro-pneumatic suspension technology.
