摘    要:基于材料断裂力学理论及裂纹全程扩展模型,结合井下钻柱受力特点,构建了钻柱复合型疲劳裂纹扩展行为预测新模型。该模型可有效描述裂纹扩展的3个阶段,对提高钻柱在井下复杂条件下的疲劳寿命预测精度具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:In accordance with the mechanical characteristics of the BHA,using new studies of Fracture mechanics and the entire crack growth model,a new complex crack propagation model was built to predict fatigue failure of drillpipe.The three stages of crack propagation could be characterized by this model.The primary object of this study is to improve the precision for fatigue life of BHA in the conditions of complex loading under downhole.
