无泵采油工艺在出砂井的试验应用

摘    要:针对文明寨油田出砂造成的生产难题,试验应用了无泵采油工艺———将油管作为泵筒、若干个举液器作为柱塞,通过杆式举液器在油管内往复运动实现分段举升液柱的一种工艺方法。它能有效地将油管内砂粒形成分段沉积,大幅度减少抽油杆砂卡几率。WM100井试验应用表明,作业免修期延长346 d,具有明显的防砂卡效果。
