基于MATLAB优化工具箱的整体式转向梯形优化设计

摘    要:针对整体式转向梯形,对其空间结构和前轮定位参数进行合理的简化。对初步选定的转向梯形参数,以外转向轮转角相对误差建立目标函数模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对目标函数模型进行优化。同时,MATLAB优化工具箱通过改变变量参数,即可实现不同参数的整体式转向梯形的优化设计。

Abstract:For the integral steering trapezoid, its spatial structure and the front wheel alignment parameters rationally simplified. For preliminary selected steering trapezoidal parameters, the objective function model was established based on the steering angle of rotation relative error and the objective function model was optimized using the optimization toolbox of MATLAB. Meanwhile, through changing the variable parameter can achieve different optimal design of integral steering trapezoidal.
