ZTS-42 AP型电磁波随钻测量系统在泡沫钻井中的试验

摘    要:常规随钻测量系统的脉冲信号是在泥浆介质中传递,不适用于气体、泡沫、雾化钻井循环介质。简述了俄罗斯的ZTS AP-42型电磁波随钻测量系统的组成和工作原理。在大庆油田的泡沫钻井中试验,该系统成功地接收到1 510 m井深处发射的电磁波信号,测试的伽玛和电阻率数据与测井曲线吻合,可以应用到2 000 m井深气体钻井中。

Abstract:The pulse signal of conventional MWD system is transferred in the mud medium,which does not apply in gas,foam,mist drilling circulation media.This composition and working principle of Russia ZTS AP-42-type electromagnetic MWD system is described.In Daqing Oil Field foam drilling tests,the system has successfully received 1,510 m deep wells electromagnetic waves emitted signal,the test data of gamma and receptivity fits log curve,the system can be extended to 2,000 m depth in the application of gas drilling.
