摘    要:为了实现直接测量出电动机在工作过程中的输出轴扭矩,以方便分析电动机工作效率,设计了一种电动机输出轴扭矩直接测量装置。利用带传动紧边拉力、松边拉力、几何结构关系及电动机输出轴扭矩与力传感器力信号间的关系,分析了该装置的测量原理,给出了测量理论计算方法和过程。理论分析方法及测试装置结构设计为直接测量电动机输出轴扭矩提供了一种新的方法和手段。

Abstract:To measure the electric-motor output-shaft torque directly during it working and analyze the work efficiency of the motor,a measuring-equipment was design.The measuring mechanism of this equipment was based on the tight and loose tension,geometry structure on belt transmission and the relations between the electric-motor out-shaft torque and signal of force sensor.The measuring process and theoretic calculating method are presented,which offer a new means for measuring the electric-motor output-shaft torque...
