钻铤螺纹接头上卸扣过程力学分析

摘    要:摩擦因数是螺纹接头上卸扣过程中非常重要的参数之一。应用有限元软件对不同摩擦因数下的螺纹接头上扣和卸扣过程分别进行了建模计算,主要观察螺纹接头表面各个区域的受力状况,对受到接触应力较大的台肩面和螺纹牙扣进行重点分析。由于接触应力是导致螺纹接头发生粘扣等失效的直接原因,通过有限元模拟得到的结果可以用来指导实际上卸扣过程。

Abstract:Friction coefficient is one of the most important parameter in the course of making up and breaking out of the threaded joint of drill collar.In this paper,the effect of different friction coefficient was studied in the course of making up and breaking out by finite element simulation.The stress distribution on the thread joint was mainly observed,especially on the thread surface and the connection area.The contact stress is the direct reason causing failures like galling of the thread joint,so the result o...
