| 摘 要： | 针对泥浆罐制造过程中出现的变形问题,用实例分析了2种预防变形的方法：①优化结构形式,合理布置焊缝;②选择正确的施工工艺。针对制造过程中出现的变形,给出了火焰矫正的操作方法和注意事项。

| Abstract: | Aiming at deformation which arises during fabrication of mud tank,this paper introduces some kinds of precaution measures with demonstrations.First,frame of mud tank was optimized and welding lines were disposed.Second,right construction procedures were chosen.The operation methods and notices about flame rectification during manufacturing of mud tank are introduced. |
