| 摘 要： | 目前使用的电动捞砂绞车大多使用齿式离合器,带式刹车,动力传动复杂,制动费力,安全性、可靠性差。介绍了1种新型电动捞砂绞车,利用变频交流电机驱动,滚筒轴与电机轴在同一直线上,采用气动推盘离合器,液压盘式刹车制动。这种新型电动捞砂绞车动力传递快捷;设备结构紧凑,运输方便;操作更可靠、快速、省力;利于远程控制,使用更安全。该绞车已投入生产应用,取得了非常好的效果。
