螺杆泵井近泵抽油杆柔度对偏磨的影响

摘    要:用有限元法建立了螺杆泵杆柱运动的瞬态动力学模型。该模型模拟了螺杆泵生产时杆柱的实际运动状况,考虑了抽油杆柱的振动对横向运动的影响。研究了近泵处柔性杆的长度和弹性模量对杆柱横向位移的影响。结果表明,增加近泵处抽油杆的弹性模量有助于减少杆柱的振动,即减少了偏磨。该模型不仅适用于直井,也适用于斜井。

Abstract:The finite element method was used to establish transient dynamic model of the screw pump rod.The model simulates the actual movement of rod when the screw pump was produced,considering the sucker rod string have impacts on the transverse motion.According to the research that how the length and the elastic modulus of bendable rod which was near the pump,influencing the transverse displacement of rods.The results showed that increasing the elastic modulus of sucker rod which was close to pump is useful for r...
