| 摘 要： | 随着现代制造技术的发展,CAE的核心技术有限元分析技术也得到了越来越广泛的应用.简单介绍了利用有限元法进行强度和刚度分析的理论基础,并以NBI装置为研究对象,利用HyperMesh软件建立其有限元分析模型,分析了NBI装置在静态工况下的强度和刚度,判断其工作的可靠性,并且对出现的问题提出了相应的改进设计.

| Abstract: | With the development of modern manufacturing technology, CAE＇ s core technology finite element analysis has also been more widely used. The theoretical basis of using finite element method done the strength and stiffness analysis was introduced in this paper. And with NBI device as the research object, using HyperMesh software establish its finite element analysis model to analyze the strength and stiff- ness of the NBI device in static condition, as well as put forward corresponding improvement design for the existing problems. |
