摘    要:在对现有细分方法研究分析的基础上,采用正交脉冲四细分与合成函数细分相结合的方法,设计并实现了一个完整的线位移测量系统。该系统采用TMS20F812DSP为处理控制单元,利用处理器芯片内部集成的正交编码脉冲单元(OEP)对整形后产生的脉冲信号进行4细分辨向;同时利用处理器集成的ADC模块采样原始信号,用软件完成合成函数细分算法,并在LED上显示结果。实验表明,该系统能将传感器精度提高200倍。

Abstract:Based on a general overview of existing methods and highlighting their features and disadvantages, designs a t system utilizing both qudrature pulse subdivision method and compound functions in- terpolation method, develops the system with a TMS320F2812 digital signal processor. QEP unit can be used to subdivide qudrature pulse by 4 times. The system uses an integrated A/D Converter module to sample Moire signals. The results processed by the software will be displayed on LEDs, and is proves that this system can effectively improve the resolution of gratings by 200 times.
