城市用地规模预测的新思路--从产业层面的一点思考

以人均用地标准与城市人口规模来确定城市用地规模有其自身的优点,但也忽略了城市的生产特性以及城市间的职能性差异。一个值得探讨的研究角度是将城市用地大体上分为生产性用地与非生产性用地来分别确定其用地规模,并在此基础上得出城市的用地总规模。

AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO PREDICT THE CITY LAND DEVELOPMENT

The traditional method to calculate thetotal land area of a city is to multiply the populationand the land per capita which is stipulated in nationalstandards. However, this method neglects the func-tion difference among cities. This paper explores anew method which is to divide the land into land forproduction use and non-production use, then calcu-late the area respectively, finally sum up the totalarea.
