| 摘 要： | 为在供电企业内部建立自主经营、商业化运营的经营机制 ,建立供电侧模拟电力市场运行系统已经成为急需解决的问题。该系统搭建的主要目的是使供电企业内部按市场规则进行电量交易 ,内部结算 ,经营成果与工效挂钩考核管理 ;使供电企业以市场为导向 ,全面转换经营机制。系统采用分级建设和面向对象的设计方法 ,以适应不断变化的发展需求。

| Abstract: | In order to set up independent management,commerical operation and legal management.The simulation power market system is introduced which aims to make power supply enterprises' operation more adaptable to market economy.The design of simulation power market system is based on layered hierarchy and object-oriented technology.In order to represent fully advanced technology of software reuse and atomic design and satisfy the requirement of ceaseless development,the system describes members of power market as independent object and describes their common and unique properties. |
