| 摘 要： | 以聚氨酯制品为例，介绍了制品快速加工的实验过程，并对制品的尺寸精度。加工时间和加工成本等进行了分析。基本步骤为：首先使用立体光固化快速成型设备制造制品的原型，再以原型为基础模型快速制造模具，然后使用反应注射成型设备快速加工制品，结果表明，使用快速加工技术，聚氨酯制品加工周期约为30h，总体加工成本低，制品尺寸精度符合设计要求。

A RAPID PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF PUR PRODUCTS |

| Abstract: | The rapid product processing is introduced by taking an example of polyurethane product and the products' dimensional precision and processing cycle and cost analyzed. The basic steps of the technology are: first manufacturing prototype using Stereo Lithography Apparatus, and then making mold using the prototype, and last molding product by reaction injection molding. The experimental result indicated that the rapid product processing cycle was about 30 h, all the cost was low and the product's dimensional precision met the design requirements. |
