广西某难选褐铁矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:广西某难选褐铁矿原矿铁品位为36.71%。针对该矿性质,采用强磁选、重选、浮选、还原焙烧-弱磁选等工艺进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用还原焙烧—弱磁选的联合工艺流程获得的选矿指标远高于其它选矿方法,该工艺最终获得铁品位为58.76%、铁回收率为82.86%的铁精矿产品。

Study on the Beneficiation Technology for a Refractory Limonite Ore in Guangxi
Abstract:A refractory limonite ore in Guxangxi has a iron grade of 36.71%.Based on the ore properties,beneficiation tests were made by using such technologies as high intensity magnetic separation,gravity separation,flotation and reduction roasting-low intensity magnetic separation and the results show that with the reduction roasting-magnetic separation technology,the best beneficiation indexes are achieved and iron concentrate products with grade of 58.76% and iron recovery of 82.86% can be obtained.
