新时期环境监察执法现状与提升策略

近年来,随着经济的高速运转,人们物质生活水平不断提升,经济发展导致各种环境污染问题日趋严重。为了更好地服务绿色经济,环境监察部门扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。环境监察部门要在适应新时代要求的前提下,持续更新执法理念、优化执法效果、充分担责履职,在经济发展的同时助力环境保护工作逐步落实。本文从我国环境监察执法工作的现状为切入点,对环境监察执法工作的必要性系统分析,总结归纳出提高我国环境监察执法效能的策略。

The current situation and promotion strategy of environmental supervision and law enforcement in the new era

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,people’s living material level is constantly improving,economic development leads to various environmental pollution problems are becoming more and more serious.In order to better serve the green economy,environmental monitoring departments play an indispensable role.On the premise of adapting to the requirements of the new era,environmental supervision departments should continuously update the law enforcement concept,optimize the law enforcement effect,fully assume their responsibilities,and help the gradual implementation of environmental protection work while economic development.Starting from the current situation of environmental supervision and law enforcement in China,this paper systematically analyzes the necessity of environmental supervision and law enforcement,and sums up the strategies to improve the efficiency of environmental supervision and law enforcement in China.
