Application and practice of multi-source heterogeneous data management technology in the process of cross-border power operation supervision

Abstract:To address the problems of long regulatory delays and low regulatory efficiency in the process of traditional cross-border electricity operation regulation,this paper proposes a solution to improve the efficiency of cross-border electricity operation regulation by adopting multi-source heterogeneous data governance technology to efficiently collect,process,transmit and apply regulatory data in the process of cross-border electricity operation regulation.Firstly,by collecting and processing the regulatory data in the cross-border electricity operation process,effective feature extraction and weighted fusion of metadata features are conducted for the two levels of metadata at the same time;then,based on the multi-source heterogeneous data governance technology,the above metadata is cleaned and the effective operation supervision information is extracted.Finally,by improving the quality of the regulatory data of cross-border electricity operation process,we can achieve high-quality regulation of cross-border electricity operation process.The results of the design experiments show that the experimental group can shorten the regulatory delay time by adopting the multi-source heterogeneous data governance technology,and can achieve efficient regulation of the cross-border electricity operation process.
