The main problems existing in the filtration system of a company''s electrolysis plant are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures to upgrade the filter press and purification filter technology are adopted. After transformation, the copper content of anode slime decreased from 22.3% to 15.8%, and the moisture content of anode slime decreased from 35.2% dropped to 21.6%, and the high-quality cathode copper rate has been significantly improved, which is of reference to the peers.
