环境监测数据在环境执法中的应用方法研究

随着时代的发展,我国的工业发展取得了很大的进步。然而在过去的几年里,我国注重工业的发展却忽视了对环境的保护,导致很多地区产生了雾霾,水质和土壤也被严重污染。如今,我国大力倡导绿色发展理念,不断建立和完善环境保护法律法规,采取了各种保护环境的措施。同时,我国加强了环境保护方面的监督和管理,对严重污染环境的企业依法进行了处罚。在我国环境执法的过程中,环境监测数据是衡量环境质量的依据,本文主要研究环境监测数据在环境执法中的应用方法。

Application of environmental monitoring data in environmental law enforcement

With the development of the times,China has made great progress in industry.However,in the past few years,our country paid attention to the development of industry,but ignored the protection of the environment,resulting in haze in many areas of our country,water quality and soil were seriously polluted.Nowadays,China vigorously advocates the concept of green development,constantly establishes and improves the environmental protection law,and takes measures to protect the environment.China has strengthened the supervision and management of environmental protection,and has taken punitive measures in accordance with the law against enterprises that seriously pollute the environment.In the process of environmental law enforcement in China,environmental monitoring data is the basis to measure the quality of the environment.This paper mainly studies the application methods of environmental monitoring data in environmental law enforcement.
