摘    要:我公司TRMR53.4生料立磨存在液压系统故障高,磨内部件磨损严重,磨内系统漏风严重等问题,针对上述问题提出提产降耗的改造措施。改造后生料磨台时产量提高,生料单耗降低,具有良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Our company''s TRMR53.4 raw meal vertical mill has problems such as high hydraulic system failure, serious wear of internal components, and serious air leakage in the internal system of the mill. In response to the above problems, we propose reform measures to increase the production and reduce the consumption. After the transformation, the output of the raw meal grinding table is increased, and the unit consumption of raw meal is reduced, which has good economic benefits.
