摘    要:设备是矿山生产的基础工具,设备管理是矿山生产管理的重要构成部分。当前矿山设备管理以传统管理手段为主,信息化管理水平处于初级阶段。通过对采矿移动设备智能运维系统的研究、开发与运用,打破了采矿设备底层数据采集技术壁垒,实现了工况数据在线采集、实时监测、故障预警、智能维护管理、综合数据集成及决策支持等先进功能。以数字技术赋能,提高了管理效率、弥补了以往不足、显著提升设备管理水平。

Development and Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management System
Abstract:Equipment is the basic tool of mine production, and equipment management is an important part of mine production management. At present, mine equipment management is mainly based on traditional management, and information management is in the primary stage. Through the research, development and application of intelligent operation and maintenance system of mining mobileequipment, the technical barrier of underlying data collection of mining equipment is broken, and the advanced functions such as online collection of working condition data, real-time monitoring, fault warning, intelligent maintenance management, comprehensive data integration and decision support are realized. With digital technology, the management efficiency is improved, the previous shortcomings are made up, and the equipment management level is significantly improved.
