摘    要:在实验测试的基础上,对现行冲击倾向性指标的特点及不足进行了分析,指出煤岩冲击倾向性是一个关于能量与时间的函数,提出了新的剩余能量释放速度指数,其物理意义是指煤岩破坏过程中单位时间内释放的剩余能量,从能量与时间的角度揭示了冲击倾向性,并给出计算公式.进而指出通过改变弹性能量指数测试时的加载方式为载荷控制,同时提高煤岩破坏时AB段的采样频率即可以得到计算剩余能量释放速度指数所需要的全部参数的测试方法,并针对冲击地压矿井进行了实验研究,初步归纳出了相应的判别指标.
