密封降氧抑制醇化过程中烟片颜色转深试验

摘    要:为抑制烟叶在自然醇化过程中颜色过度转深的问题,以云南马龙C4F-2002T和福建连清B2F-2002烟片为供试材料,进行了密封降氧醇化试验。结果表明,密封降氧能在一定程度上抑制烟片在醇化过程中的酶促棕化反应,烟草中的绿原酸、新绿原酸、芸香苷和多酚总量的下降幅度及颜色的转深程度均较低,外观质量和吸味质量明显高于对照。

Abstract:In order to inhibit the strips from over-darkening during aging,the aging of two different strips,C4F-2002T grown in Malong of Yunnan Province and B2F-2002 grown in Lianqing of Fujian Province,was experimented under a condition of deoxygenation by sealing.The results showed that: 1) the enzymatic browning reactions in the strips during aging were inhibited under said condition to a certain extent;2) the reduction of chlorogenic acid,neochlorogenic acid,rutin and polyphenols in tested strips during aging was less and strip color was lighter,the(appearance) quality and smoking quality were obviously higher in contrast with the control.
