高性能喷射混凝土的耐久性研究

摘    要:本项研究采用了高活性细掺抖的水泥裹砂、水泥裹石工艺,喷射混凝土的耐久性大大提高,抗渗标号达到0.8MPa,碳化系数为0.88,腐蚀系数为0.78,干缩率降低16.6%,长期强度(360d)达到40.7MPa,对耐久性提高的原因进行了分析。

Abstract:The researchers have used high activity small admixture, and adopted some special technology in which cement is wrapped up by sand and stones, so that endurance of sprayed concrete is increased greatly. Gauge number of leakage resistance reaches 0 8 MPa. The coefficient of carbonization is 0 88, while coefficient of erosion attains 0 78. Drying shrinkage decreases by 16 6%, however, long term strength (360 days) reaches 40 7 MPa. The reasons of increasing endurance are also analyzed.
