锅炉主给水管道异常振动的治理

摘    要:介绍了某1021t/h锅炉的主给水管道高压段(操作台后段至省煤器)在电动给水泵与汽动给水泵同时运行时出现的振动和大幅度摆动现象。通过现场观察和分析,采取了在管道适当部位增加管系结构阻尼,改变了管系固有频率,提高了管系刚度,解决了上述振动和大幅摆动问题。该方法还具有投资小、风险小和易实施的优点。

Abstract:The paper briefed the vibration and large amplitude flnctnation phenomena of main feedwater pipe high pressnre section(from the rear section of operating desk to economizer)occurring during the simultaneous operation of motor driven and turbine driven feedwater pumps.Through the on-site observation and analysis,at the appropriate part of pipe,the damper of pipe system structure was additiunally added,the intrinsic frequeney of pipe system was changed,the rigidity of pipe system was raised,thus the aforementioned vibration and large amplitude fluctuation problems were solved.this methad also had the advantages of less investment,small risk and easy to implemant.
