基于触摸屏和单片机的温度控制系统设计

摘    要:从硬件和软件两个方面介绍了一种基于AT89S52单片机和触摸屏的温度控制系统的组成,阐述了PID控制算法的限幅处理、参数整定和实现过程,创新点就是在控制系统中采用触摸屏来实现有关功能。系统实现了由触摸屏设置给定温度,显示实时温度、PID参数、实时温度变化曲线;单片机数据采集、数据处理、控制输出,最终在触摸屏上显示了良好的温度控制曲线,实现对于温控炉温度的恒定控制。

Abstract:The structures of a temperature control system based on the AT89S52 single chip Microcomputer(SCM) is introduced,and the hardware composition and the software design are described.The limiting processing、parameter tuning and implementation process of PID control algorithm are presented.Innovation point is using touch-screen control system to achieve the functionality.The system can set for a given temperature,shows the real-time temperature 、PID parameters、 real-time temperature curve through the touch screen.It also can collect data,process data,control output.Finally the touch screen displays a good temperature control curve,and achieve a constant temperature control of furnace temperature.
