| 摘 要： | 提高集团公司整体竞争力,必须要依靠良好的资金集中管理体系及完善的内部控制制度.就目前资金集中管理的现状和服务理念方面存在的一些问题,有针对性地强调了加强资金集中管理的重要意义,并就如何加强集团公司资金集中管理与增强服务理念等方面的问题进行了探讨.
