1700PVC树脂中试研究

摘    要:采用低温聚合法研制聚合度为1700的PVC树脂,确定了适宜的聚合配方与工艺条件。中试样品性能检测结果显示,树脂力学性能较好,介于2500和1300PVC树脂之间,可达到较好的应用效果。

Abstract:This paper developed high molecular weight PVC resin with a polymerization degree of 1700 with low-temperature polymerization method.From the aspects of polymerization reaction mechanism,resin forming mechanism and reducing procurement costs,the additives were determined.Testing results of the resin product showed better mechanical properties,which are between those of 2500 PVC and 1300 PVC resin and good application performance was proved.
