摘    要:原料轻C4中的杂质,导致MTBE装置催化剂失活较快。为减少杂质含量,将气体分馏装置碳四塔轻C4的出塔方式由塔顶馏出改为侧线抽出,延长了MTBE催化剂的使用寿命,提高了MTBE的产量,减少了催化剂的消耗量,降低了废催化剂处理成本。

Abstract:Impurities in the light C4 feedstock lead to the rapid catalyst deactivation in MTBE unit.To reduce the content of impurities,light C4 is separated from a side line of the C4 distillation column instead of as a top fraction in Jinan Branch Co.,SINOPEC.As a result,the operation time of MTBE catalyst is prolonged,the production rate of MTBE is increased,and the catalyst consumption is reduced,which lowers the treatment cost of waste catalyst.
