摘    要:以浮石为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备含Fe3+的TiO2光催化剂,并用制备的光催化剂处理染料废水.研究了涂覆催化剂的硝酸铁浓度、催化剂煅烧温度、催化剂涂覆次数、催化剂用量、曝气量、染液初始pH值、反应温度等对染料废水处理效果的影响.实验结果表明,用溶胶-凝胶法制备的Fe3+/TiO2/浮石光催化剂在反应温度为70℃、pH=...

Abstract:TiO2-loaded natural pumice photocatalyst and doped of lead ion(Fe3+/TiO2/Pumice) was prepared by sol-gel technique using natural pumice as the supporter.The photocatalytic degradation of reactive brilliant red X-3B solution was performed in aqueous suspensions of Fe3+/TiO2/Pumice.The treatment effect of catalyst was examined on times of sol overlaying 、concentration of doping of Fe3+ in preparation of catalyst,different pH and temperature of dyeing water.The result indicate that the colour removal can reach 86%,when pumice was overlayed three times,concentration of lead nitrate was 1.0 g/L and the temperature was 70℃.
