摘    要:在人力资源管理体系中,薪酬管理和激励是激发员工工作积极性和创造性的关键因素。在分析了江汉油田总医院薪酬管理和激励机制存在问题的基础上,从岗位分析、岗位评价、绩效考核、职工福利等角度,探索建立一套科学有效的薪酬管理和激励机制。
