摘    要:文中分析了真实血红细胞的形体分布特征和光散射特征,建立了单椭球数学模型,得到了其形体影响的非线性数学关系,建立了血红细胞群形体分布的概率分布函数,引入血红细胞形体分布影响的统计微扰修正方法。为提高血红细胞大小分布检测结果的精度提供了理论和技术的依据。

Abstract:The light scattering characteristics and the body characteristics of red blood cells (RBC) are studied in the paper, and from it, a single ellip soidal model is setup and the scattering compose differences between the ellip soidal model and spheroid model are researched particularly. A non-linearity relation of the body influence of RBC is gotten in mathematics,meanwhile, a probability distribution function of the body of RBC is setup based on the body distribution stat-character of RBC. After that, a new perturbation modification theory about body influence of RBC is also brought forward based on the trouble-theory, and these offers a effective theory to advance measuring and analyzing technology of RBC.
