| 摘 要： | 本文对国内外矿业公司(主要是非能源矿山企业,尤其是冶金矿山企业)进行实证分析,找出国外大型矿业公司与国内大型矿业公司的差别与各自特点的基础上,顺应经济全球化、多元化、信息化的趋势,提出国内大型矿业公司的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the empirical analysis of several large-scale mining enterprises home and abroad,especially the metallurgical mine enterprises,the authors summarized the differences between domestic enterprises and the overseas enterprises,complied with the trend of internationalization and diversification,the development direction of large-scale mining enterprise was proposed. |
