摘    要:对于松散、整体强度极低的砂砾岩巷道,采用锚注支护是一种经济、有效的措施,注浆材料及适宜的浆液配合比的确定是其中一个重要环节。通过对水泥浆、超细水泥浆和水泥水玻璃浆进行的一系列浆液性能室内试验,探寻了水灰比和掺合比对浆液性能的影响规律。根据试验结果对比分析,水灰比为0.8的普通硅酸盐水泥浆和体积比1∶1水灰比0.8∶1的水泥水玻璃浆液对松散软弱砂砾岩巷道进行现场注浆试验和锚注支护较为适宜。

Abstract:Bolt-grouting support is a kind of economic and effective measure for glutenite roadway which is loose and extremely low integral strength.The determination of grouting materials and suitable mix proportion is one of the important link.Through a series of size performance laboratory test for cement slurry,ultrafine cement slurry and cement-silicate slurry,the law of the influence on water-cement ratio and mixture ratio to size performance is finded.According to the contrast analysis of test results,it is suitable for site grouting test and bolt-grouting support on loose and weak glutenite roadway with the cement slurry(water-cement ratio 0.8) and cement-silicate slurry(water-cement ratio 0.8,volume ratio 1∶1).
