| 摘 要： | 在机械加工中为保证产品质量总是使用大量的夹具，夹具在为产品加工提供方便的同时也带来一些负面影响，比如夹具的误差等．本从分析夹具总误差的角度重点分析接触表面质量对工件夹紧误差的影响，并通过分析阐述了零件与夹具接触表面预加工的重要性。

The jig brings some negative effects too,while offering the convenience that the products are processed. For example,error of the jig ,etc.This paper analyzed jigs total angle of error and explained the importance of surface preparatory cut that part and jig exposed to. |
