微生物絮凝剂M-25在酱油废水处理中的应用

摘    要:利用高效絮凝剂产生菌M-25所产生的微生物絮凝剂处理酱油废水,处理结果与Al2(SO4)3,和PAM的处理结果作对比。结果表明,微生物絮凝剂M-25单独处理酱油废水的效果优于Al2(SO4)3,与PAM效果接近,而且,所需沉降时间最短,仅为30min。M-25与Al2(SO4)3,复配后,可提高处理效率,絮凝率和COD去除率分别达到77.2%和79.8%。

Abstract:A study on treatment of soy wastewater by microbial flocculant produced by M-25Aspergillus is reported in this paper.The treatment results are contrasted to these of Al2(SO4)3 and PAM, and indicate that the flocculation efficiency of M-25 are superior to Al2(SO4)3 , and close to PAM. The settling period of M-25 is only 30 min,which is the shortest of the three.The compound flocculant of M-25 and Al2(SO4)3 can improve the flocculation efficiency and the removal rate of COD, which reach to 77.2% and 79.8% respectively.
