摘    要:在《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》规定的范围之外.对基建机组设计了新的清洗系统。采用了新的清洗药剂:推行了高、低压加热器疏水系统和凝汽器汽侧系统的化学清洗新工艺。该工艺的实施,节约了大量燃油、燃煤和除盐水.加快了基建机组的试运进程。通过实施铜管表面清洁处理和防腐蚀新工艺,彻底清除了与循环水系统相连的所有换热器的“早期腐蚀”隐患,其经济、社会效益十分显著。

Abstract:t of the specified scope of Chemical Cleaning Guide of Boiler in Thermal Power Plant, a new cleaning system for capital generating unit was designed and new cleaning agent was employed; and the new chemical cleaning technology for the drainage system of high pressure and low pressure heaters and the steam side of condenser were carried out. The implementation of this technology saved large amount of fuel oil, coal and desalting water, speeded up the commissioning process of newly built unit. The implementation of new cleaning treatment and anticorrosion technology on the copper tube surface thoroughly eliminated the " early corrosion" hidden trouble of all heat exchangers connected with the circulating water system, with obvious economic and social benefit gained.
