数控机床动态性能的分析及其结构优化

摘    要:本文利用动态实验分析和理论模型分析两种方法对卧式加工中心的动态性能进行了分析,通过实验测试数据与理论计算结果对比分析,验证了理论模型的合理性,找出了机床的薄弱环节,并进行了结构优化。优化后分析结果证明,机床结构的最大变形值都相应地低。

Abstract:This paper introduced Dynamic Experimental Analysis and Theoretical Model Analysis ananalyzed the dynamic characteris- tics of Horizontal Machine Center, by comparing the data obtained from experimental to theoretical calculation result, the Theoretical Mode was rational, finded out the weak position of machine tools, and optimized its structure. analysis result showed, the data of maximum deformation is accordingly lowed.
