| Abstract: | With the development of our society, the traditional teaching mode of British and American literature for English majors can not meet the requirement of training all- developing foreign language professionals in the 21st century. So, the traditional teaching mode should be reformed by higher institutions. British and American literature teaching can be improved by taking some measures, such as changing the traditional teaching methods, strengthening teachers＇ quality, choosing and writing textbooks carefully and so on. |
