| 摘 要： | Ⅱ型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是源于胰岛β细胞功能低下,胰岛素相对缺乏的一种以糖代谢紊乱为主的慢性综合性疾病.它的病理生理机制主要包括β细胞功能障碍和胰岛素抵抗两个方面.本文简要综述了T2DM的发病机制及其相关的调控因素.

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is a kind of chronic comprehensive disease with sugar metabolism disorders because of low function for beta-celland the relative lack of insulin.Beta-cell dysfunction and insulin resistance are the two pathophysiological mechanisms of T2DM.The pathogenesis and regulating factors of T2DM are summarized in this paper. |
