| Abstract: | The differences between electronic and paper archives lie in the following aspects：the filing time and procedure, the process control and organization system of filing, the post-filing process. There are also differences in the carriers access use, the originaI documents and the way of consulting from the aspect of utilization; and the properties of medium, environmental impact, protection phases, maturity technology and protection fee from the aspect of protection technology. |
