| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是经济社会发展的政治保障,为我国社会主义事业的发展提供强大的精神动力,它关系改革、发展、稳定的大局。党员领导干部要想做好思想政治工作,就必须坚持思想政治工作的重要原则。要坚持以与时俱进的马克思主义作为指导;坚持与生产、实践工作相结合;坚持理论联系实际,实事求是解决实际问题;坚持教育与管理相结合的原则。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political work is the political guarantee for economic and social development which concerns the reform,development and stability of a country.In order to do the ideological and political work well,we must stick to our principles: the up-to-date Marxism as guidance,combination of production and practice,the solution of problems by integrating theory with practice and integration of education and management. |
