热管式密闭电子设备元件散热实验研究

摘    要:热管换热器是一高效热回收装置,由于其具有传热效率高、传递温降小、结构简单、易控制和本身不耗能等特点,在电子设备系统中的研究得到很大的发展.本文建立实验台来测试热管式密闭电子设备散热性能,将模拟结果与试验测量数据进行对比论证.深入分析利用热管技术来改善电子产业的散热问题,为热管技术大规模推广应用提供理论依据

Abstract:Heat pipe is a high efficient heat recovery device, because of its high heat transfer efficiency, small transmission temperature drop, has the advantages of simple structure, easy control and energy dissipation characteristics of itself, in the electronic equipment system in research have great development. This paper establishes experimental platform to test the heat pipe type sealed electronic equipment cooling performance, simulation result and test data comparison and demonstration. Further analysis using heat pipe technology to improve the problem of heat dissipation for the electronic industry, the heat pipe technology popularization and application in large scale and provide a theoretical basis.
