| 摘 要： | 本文通过2011年对吉林西部地区泡沼实地调研,对西部泡沼及水资源现状进行分析,结合西部三大水利工程建设实施,阐明西部泡沼综合开发利用对当地国民经济发展及生态环境的作用,同时对西部泡沼综合开发利用提出相应政策和措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the bubble marsh and water resource present situation in the western region of Jilin province based on the investigation in 2011;it clarify the role of the western bubble marsh comprehensive development and utilization to local economic development and ecological environment,combined with the western three water conservancy construction implementation;meantime it put forward appropriate policies and measures for the development and utilization. |
