两种大管径钢管顶管防腐涂层材料的应用分析

摘    要:钢管顶管可采用的防腐方案较多,但用于大管径的较少,本文对更适合大管径性能较优的静电喷涂熔融环氧粉末和高压无气热喷涂无溶剂聚氨酯涂料的两种防腐方案进行比较。从性能、施工、造价及工程实例几个方面进行比较详细的论述,两种方案各有优缺点,适用不同的施工条件,需根据具体工程情况进行选择。

Abstract:There are many anti-corrosion methods applied on the jacking construction of steel pipeline,but only has a few ways used on the large-diameter steel pipes.This paper compared the two kind of anti-corrosion coating material that is electrostatic spraying molten epoxy power and high-pressure airless thermal spraying solvent polyurethane paint,from their performance,construction,cost and engineering practices;It expounds their advantages and disadvantages,different construction conditions applied which need to select based on specific works.
